The Apple Mac Genius Store will no longer copy or transfer files from a PC to a Mac for free unless you bought the Mac at the store. They will charge a hefty fee for this service or ask you to buy the Mac training program. Don't lose your pictures, music, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, movies, iTunes, etc.
